the work done by gravity as it climbs to the height of 29/4 m , W1 = W * hm * cos(180)

W1 = 196 * 29.4 * (-1) J

W1 = - 5762.4 J

b)

the work done by air resistance , W2 = F * hm * cos(180) + F * hm * cos(180)

W2 = 2 * 98 * 29.4 * (-1) J

W2 = - 5762.4 J
