Answer #1
  1. 7 -10 days

The germinal centers tend to arise post 7 to 10 days after the lymph node is exposed to the thymus independent antigen. They are localized within the secondary lymphoid organs and helps in the proliferation of the antibodies. They tend to activate the follicular B cells with help of the antigen.

  1. Spleen

The blood is filtered before it is circulated and hence all the blood borne antigens are filtered with help of the spleen. It is an lymphatic organ and helps in the production of the antibody and hence starts an immune response against the antigens.

  1. Flagellin

The flagellin is one of the most commonly used carrier protein which helps in production of many vaccines. The protein is a globular protein derived from the flagella of gram negative bacteria and helps in transport making it a popular choice for carrier protein.
