The Six signature traits of Inclusive Leadership are : the 6 Cs

  1. Commitment
  2. Courage
  3. Curiosity
  4. Cultural intelligence
  5. Collaboration
  6. Cognizance of bias

I will be using these trait in the African Country South Africa

Every country needs to be good at

  1. Governance
  2. Economy
  3. Development
  4. Infrastructure

South Africa has all the above qualities making it a developed country. The above six traits are applicable as

1. COMMITMENT:

The government which with full efforts wants to grow and diversify themselves, it can be done with proper commitment and dedication.

Where the business keeps on fluctuating and is dynamic in nature , proper monitoring of every sector is utmost important . Therefore Commitment is the most prior thing. The South Africa Government is not only committed but is filly dedicated towards its citizen. Having the quality of good leader needs proper fellow mates to follow them and South Africa 's citizens are in proper line to that. The government has always given to its nations and for the nation.

2. COURAGE

The leader should be of such nature that have courage to adopt the new ways to expand and grow. The economy of South Africa in recent times have increased immensely due to changes in the strategy of government. Hence this can only be done when government accepts the wrong done and change the strategies to cover the default, that needs courage.

Hence South Africa has expanded due to the proper analysis of SWOT and taking challenges in every new situation. The government is always courageous to adopt new technologies and conditions for their citizens

3. CURIOSITY

Every leader should be eager to know that the strategies are properly implemented and timely followup of these strategies.

In South Africa the strategies designed are check on quarterly basis and proper feedback and views of people are captured. A mind with curiosity will be able to think more and think new that is what South Africa did by changing the fundamental strategies. Now the era of Only White Concept has ended and mixed economy has originated.

The Country is always willing to know what their Citizens feel and this make them curious.

4. COGNIZANCE OF BIAS

The leaders play the policy of fair play. The Government after realizing that only white people cannot rule the county adopted for mixed economy and foreign trades and power sharing helps to build fair play in the country. The government thereafter aimed to treat everyone on equal basis and to reduce the color and cast discrimination.

Earlier the Country was biased but soon Government has realized that this cannot go long way and making the country on fair basis.

5.CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE

The leader should be able to adapt every culture in his team. the South Africa is mix of Black and White. and to adapt the culture of both the origin is what it has done in recent era, The government has analyse the similarities and differences of their culture and thereafter adopted mixed economy.. Th African government aimed at learning from the experiences of these two can built a economy which can be fairly distributed.

Diversified Nation built cultural difference, Converting the differentiation into intelligence is what South Africa did.

6. COLLABORATIVE

The leader should be cooperative and adaptable with different sectors.

The South African government has brought recently fundamental changes where they have increased foreign collaboration. FDI and such qualities. They have made a believe that the other country should be comfortable with them and their rules and regulation have made them succeed.

South Africa has gone a long way in promoting themselves in foreign market and this makes it a well collaborative Country.

CONCLUSION

  1. Talking about leaders they should be of such nature that play from back foot and lead from behind. Th South African government did the same.
  2. Proper followup and feedback helps the government to analyze and do SWOT analysis.
  3. Communication with all the sectors have eliminated all the gaps between all the sectors

Therefore South Africa is just behind NIGERIA in terms of economy but a very good decentralized country.
