This is a Neutralization reaction which gives NaCl and H2O .

On reactant side we have HCl and NaOH in aqueous form , so they are ionised means they are in separated ions form ( H+ ,Cl- , Na+ , OH- ) . Since NaCl being strong electrolyte dissociates completely , so Na+ and Cl- ions are spectators ions i.e,, present at both side in ionic form , so they get cancelled both side hence our net ionic reaction is H+ (aq) + OH-(aq) -> H​​​​​​​​​​​​2​O.
