At some stages in memory loss person, eating will get harder they forget to eat food,
Consider finger food to help them eat more frequently, little and often. Example fruits, nuts, vegetables etc.
Also make alternative hydration methods to just drinking water. Try liquid meals like soup or cereal. Ensure that dental issues aren't the real cause of your loved one's eating habits. Inspect their mouth for redness, swelling.
Provide fresh, silent and clean environment, keep the table setting simple, Give the person plenty of time to eat and take care of that person.
