Ans- desired DNA concentration for PCR=180 ng

DNA extraction concentration= 3 ng/ul

desired volume of extracted DNA, to set up a PCR= 180 ng / 3 ng/ul = 60 ul

you need 60 ul of your extracted DNA to set up a PCR
