Calcium Channels activates membrane depolarization in many different cells like cardiac and neuron cells. When the Concentration of Ca2+ increase in the cytoplasm than the membrane becomes depolarized. Calcium channel is Made up of five subunits complex of proteins which are α1, α2 and δ dimer (Disulphaide and glycoprotein),  β and γ subunit. These five subunits come together and form a structure called the Calcium channel.
