Epithelium A is the simple squamous epithelium that lines the alveoli which are small sac-like structures in the lungs. Only squamous epithelium is found in alveoli and thus other options are not suited here.

Epithelium B is the stratified squamous epithelium that lines the esophagus. They are also found in the mouth and reproductive organs. The kidney tubules are covered by simple cuboidal epithelium.

Epithelium C is the simple columnar epithelium that lines the stomach and intestine and absorbs the nutrients. All other options are of epithelium present in different locations

Epithelium D is the simple cuboidal epithelium that lines the tubes in the kidney. It is a cube-shaped mass of tissues. They are also found in the respiratory bronchioles. No other types of options suits here.
