1. They become nocturnal- The temperature in the desert lowers down thhat helps them to beat the scrotching heat during the day, hence they stay active at the night time.

2. They have big ear lobes- the presence of fine blood vessels inside the ear lobes that are connected to the outer environment, heat can be released through it hence help to lower down the body temperature.

3. They are light in color- dark colors absorb heat, hence turning body skin color as a part of evolution is a step to combact the heat in the desert.

4. Burrowing inside- they burrow themselves in th esand dunes and small holes because the sand helps them in keep the body cool.
