This is a presentation you will do either by yourself or in a group of no more than 3 people. You will pick a machine, exercise, anything related to the fitness center, or you can do a class warm up. You and your group will pick a date. You will do your presentation that day. If you miss your day you will not have another chance. Please pick carefully. You and your group will submit one paper with all of your names, the workout or machine you will be using. You can do bullet points, a paragraph or any way that shows what you are going to present. Everyone must participate in the talking and the presentation. This is a 50 point assignment. If you come and do not turn in your paper it is a -20 points. If it is handwritten you will receive a -30 on the presentation.

INTRODUCTION:

• According to NHS, a moderate aerobic exercise (2 hr 30 min) practiced every week is thebest thing one can do to their body.
• Jogging or brisk walking is an easy exercise to acheive moderate aerobic activity, but factors such as going to gym, or going outside of house for workout can be really challenging.
• But using Treadmill stays consistent throughout the workout sessions.

• Among other workout equipments, treadmill is very easy to use where there wont be any physical injury, one can use it at home whenever he/she is free, also one neednot worry about the climatic changes for walking or jogging, both can be carried out inside the home in a safe manner.
• Also treadmills are easy to store at home.
• Now a days, foldable treadmills are also available which saves space.
• The built-in workout programs in the machine with varying speed makes the workout session more challenging.

HEALTH BENEFITS:

• Treadmills with digital monitor helps one to monitor the distance, speed, heart rate, blood pressure and calories burned. Tracking these information helps an individual to improve their progress, especially in the case of weight loss.
• An healthy diet with running exercise at 10 or 12km/hr, heps to acheive faster weight loss.
