Any type of bacteria (aerobic and anaerobic) can grow in Tryptic soy agar (TSA) plate. If the TSA plate shows no growth, which means that the agar is free from any kind of bacteria. If the plates show no growth which means that, the plate contains aerobic bacteria or no bacteria are inoculated.
