The complications of scheduling a face-to-face meeting and the increasing workload in many divisions, always makes it difficult to meet the timelines, it's the main reason why the percentage of meeting scheduled within the timeline has continued to decrease and at the same time, the percentage of written response for type B or C meetings is rising continuously.
