Develop a theory of the bioenergetics constraints that drive the
evolution of chromatin organization and mechanisms of DNA
replication. You must describe the selective pressures
that cause this adaptation and incorporate synthesis of general
knowledge concerning DNA organization/function
Dna is hub of genetic information a individual has in terms of what he/she has acquired during the time of formation. The bioenergetic constraints that drives the evolution of chromatin organization and mechanisms of DNA replication is the gene expression and protein synthesis. These two mechanism define the significance of DNA in humans body.DNA replication is a process by which Dna is replicated from a template strand of DNA in 5'-3' manner. Dna is replicated to ensure that there is a copy of DNA present for the future progeny when the cells divide. After the Dna is replicated, it is also transcribed into mRna and this mRna is translated into proteins to further expression is proceeded .The ultimate goal of DNA and its chromating organization is to produce genotypical and phenotypical effects . Dna is about 3 metres in length and to fit such huge length of structure in DNA could be complex. So it packaged in the Nucleus and this chromatin condensation is done by using histones proteins at first. Dna is packed in a nucleosome model with histone proteins attached to it. Further more compaction of DNA occurs by formation of chromatin fibres. The compaction stage of DNA is chromosomes in which all the genetic material and genes are stored. There are few places in chromosomes which are tightly packed and are known as heterochromatin while loosely packed DNA that will be used for further expression is known as euchromatin. During cell division, these structures copy and increase themselves. If we talk about the pressures that cause this adaptation is that first it need to be co-operated into the a very small space. This space called Nucleus has to have all the genes as they are going to replicate, transcribed and further form proteins fro expression. Gene expression through proteins is very necessary because without proteins and their significant effects , no metabolic , physiological activity is possible . individuals existence depends upon the genetic constituents it has.

1. Develop a theory of bioenergtics constraints that drive the evolution of chromatin organization and mmechanisms of DNA replication. You must describe what the selective pressures that cause this adaptation and incorporate synthesis of general knowledge concerning DNA organization/function. 2. Compare and contrast the primary, secondary and tertiary structure of DNA and RNA in a cell. 3. Describe the multiple mechanisms of DNA damage surveillance and repair. If these exist, how do mutations still arise?

For this paper, the following five elements must be addressed: Describe a current IT-related ethical issue: Since this is a paper exercise, not a real-time situation, you may want to construct a brief scenario where this issue comes into play, and thus causes an ethical dilemma. The dilemma may affect you, your family, your job, or your company; or it may be a matter of public policy or law that affects the general populace. See the list below for a...

Answer the question: "what is a system?" It can be as short as one page or as long as 3 pages. What is a System? The term “system” originates from the Greek term syst¯ema, which means to “place together.” Multiple business and engineering domains have definitions of a system. This text defines a system as: System An integrated set of interoperable elements, each with explicitly specified and bounded capabilities, working synergistically to perform value-added processing to enable a User to...

10. Write a one-page summary of the attached paper? INTRODUCTION Many problems can develop in activated sludge operation that adversely affect effluent quality with origins in the engineering, hydraulic and microbiological components of the process. The real "heart" of the activated sludge system is the development and maintenance of a mixed microbial culture (activated sludge) that treats wastewater and which can be managed. One definition of a wastewater treatment plant operator is a "bug farmer", one who controls the aeration...
GE case study, Scenario - Case Study on General Electric (GE) by Jeffrey R. Immelt (Article adapted from Harvard Business Review) A CEO has different tasks in different cycles. Some CEOs are founders and builders. Others have the luxury of managing momentum through a stable economy or a period when business models aren’t being disrupted. My task was different: remaking a historic and iconic company during an extremely volatile time. I led a team of 300,000 people for 6,000 days....
