1. Skeletal muscle cells have many nuclei that are squeezed along the membranes.

2. Striations are unique structures. It can help in differentiating between cardiac muscle and smooth muscle, Since cardiac muscle have striations but smooth muscle don't.

3. As we know, smooth muscle are generally wrapped around the organ it's associated with, which makes it difficult to find an entire smooth muscle fibre in profile in a slice of tissue on a microscope slide.

4. Skeletal muscle have lots of tiny blood vessels called capillaries.
