Question

The two cladogram represent show two different type of evolutionary relationship between three group of organism. According to the first tree,

"petromyzonida and myxinoidea are more closely related to each other" as compare to third group which is myxinoidea. This is because the petromyzonida and myxinoidea share most common recent ancestor.

But, according to the second tree,

"petromyzonidae and gnasthostoma are more closely related to each other as compare to myxinodae. This is because pteromyzonida and myxinodea are more closely related.

Therefore, the two cladograms are showing two different type of evolutionary or phylogenetic information. First tree, make more sense because petromyzonidae and myxinodea are jawlesss organism, so they are more closely related as compare to gnasthostoms which are jawed animals.
