As , serotonin can't cross the blood brain barrier so to make up the serotonin , brain has to produces its serotonin.

As Tryptophan is the precursor of serotonin.

Enzymes which inactivates tryptophan if becomes inactivated then serotonin will be produced more in brain cells.

So answer will be option 3.
