10. The cell body of the motor neurons present inside of the CNS( central nervous system), that controls skeletal muscle. The motor neurons carry signals out of the CNS.

11. The cell bodies of the sensory neurons present outside of the CNS. The sensory neurons provide the information about touch, pain and temperature. Sensory neurons bring signals in to the CNS.

12. A non - signaling (resting) neuron has a voltage across its membrane is called resting Membrane potential. Resting Membrane potential is determined by concentration gradients of ions across the Membrane.

Sodium and potassium channels establish resting membrane potential.
