I am a university students and joining a course about animals

I am gonna to have a debate , the motion of it is
: "promoting animal welfare is more practical strategy to enhance living conditions for animals"

There is a question that I need to prepare but I dont know . thx for answering this

" what should we consider when we rethink human animals relationships and try to make changes -
practicality /morality or justice? And why or why not.

Answer 1

As we know well that every creature on the earth is dependent on others. The relationship between humans and animals is two-sided, that is, humans show more love on the domestic animals rather than wild animals. This is because wild animals are naturally cruel to mankind, not all but few are. Human, on the other hand, is becoming more selfish in building up their own luxuries by destroying the wild places. Hereby I list things that are to be considered when rethinking about human animals relationship.

1)keeping wild animals in the zoo:

To our point of view, it may be taken as a step to preserve animals from being extinct, but according to them, it is really a painful thing, that destroying their living place, their families, their lifestyles and giving them protection is not worthy at all. We must understand that every creature deserves the earth and sure they are allotted a place to live in there. We should not disturb them. Things like deforestation makes them to lose everything and they wander around our living places and get killed sometimes. If we are staying in our place not disturbing their place they wouldn't have come outside.

It's our responsibility to keep them safe. But by not disturbing the ecosystem. The first change to be done is ...be in our place not disturbing them.

2) killing animals for raw material

This is really a sad thing that is being a reason behind the extinction of many animals, killing animals for their skin, trunks etc....for our luxury is really a drastic thing that happening in daily life..... This has to be. Changed

3) animals in circus:

Is this really necessary, this is a very big sin that we people doing, showing off a king of the jungle to perform like a joker amidst all is very pitiful thing for the humankind if it turned it to a drastic hunting by the wild king, will change to a great feast of mankind to the king. Things have to be there where it meant to be. everything should be in their places.

Lastly to develop a strong relationship with them:

One point to think is, why wild animals have a separate place and why the domestic animals not,

This shows that the animals meant to be with us are domestic animals, they are soft-hearted, more grateful to mankind, they are depending on us for their lives, we are their hope. Rather disturbing the animals that created to be away from us we must take care of the animals that are created to be with us....we should not hurt them, we should feed the stray breeds,.We must take care of them as they are our own.

1)We can create a home space for them

2) becoming vegan will be a very great honor we are doing for them, but it won't be possible in today's world

3) preserve them like mankind

4) Don't raise knife on them

5) pour our love on them

6) being separated from the cruel one

7) letting them to live their life
