Answer 2A:- based on above results , we can say that there is fungal proble in building, if we compare complaint area with non complaint area, there are 15 colonies of penicillium have been found in complaint area where as only 2 colonies in non complaint area. whih suggest allergic reaction staff having is could be penicillium fungus. in contrast to complaint and non complaint area outdoor area has more cladosporium 40 colony and alterina 14 colony fungus.

Answer 2B:- Fungus tends grow more in moist environment so proper ventilation of office premise and heating can reduce fungus proble. carpet can lead growth of fungus frequent clening and drying in sunshine can eradicate fungus from there. regular clening of premise will maintain hygein up and brings mold down.
