Ans- 12.) Reduction potential of cytochrome a (0.29V) is higher than reduction potential of cytochrome c1 (0.22V)  means cytochrome a will show more affinity towards electron and will have more tendency to reduce itself. So the reaction is favourable.

Ans-13.) PFK 1 is allosterically activated by AMP.

Ans - Muscles are not able to supply glucose to other tissues because they lack glucose -6 phosphatase (C) , hence glucose is not able to leave the cell because of being charged.

Ans - Net 2 ATP molecules are produced by glycolysis. In actual 4 molecules of ATP are produced in glycolysis ( 2 * 1,3-BPGA to 3-PGA ,

2 * PEP to Pyruvate ) but 2 ATP molecules are utilized during Initial phase of glycolysis

( glucose to glucose-6 phosphate, fructose -6 phosphate to fructose -1,6 - bisphosphate ).so net output is 2 ATP molecules only.
