Answer #1

Thrombocytopenia is a condition in which the platelet number decreases in the body while aplastic anemia is a condition in which new blood cells(RBC , WBC and Platelets) are not produced in the body .So , we can say that all the aplastic anemia patients are thrombocytopenic. So we can say that aplstic anemia can be a clinical manifestation of thrommbocytopenia but thrombocytopenia is not clearly a manifestation of aplastic anemia as aplastic anemia includes low number of RBC and WBC also.

So ,this above statement in question is false.
