For example, opioid painkillers, are very risky and more quickly cause addiction than other drugs. with time patients need larger doses of the drug to get high just to feel good. sometimes Attempts to stop the use of drugs may cause cravings and the patient becomes physically ill. so it is very important to prevent from substance abuse and addiction that create physical changes in the behave of the brain and affect mental health. some times it leads to psychiatric treatment, so it important to correctly diagnose a substance use disorder.
