False.

The formed elements of blood are made either in the Red or the Yellow bone marrow, and while Red Blood Cells, Platelets and some Leukocytes are formed in the Red Bone Marrow, Lymphocytes (B cells and T cells) are formed in the Yellow Bone Marrow and are not found in the Red Bone Marrow.
