Because Na+ and Br- are ions and water has dipole( partial + on H and partial - on O)

Option 1 is wrong because no H -bonding occur between water and NaBr.

Option 3 is wrong because NaBr is not dipole

Option 4 is wrong because dispersion is weaker than dipole.

Ans2) unsaturated solution has capacity to dissolve more solute.

Saturated solution are those that are unable to dissolve more solute.

Unsaturated are those which has solute less than saturated solution and have capacity so that more solute can dissolve.

Supersaturated means have more of solute conc.that can be their at normal concentration.
