Answer #1

Searching relationships amongst various subsystems is the focus of a systemic approach whereas under the systematic approach, it identifies patterns and usually recognises system as unchangeable. ‘

Looking at it from a management perspective, we look at the organisation as a whole instead of focussing on a particular department. The systemic impacts are a result of actions beyond our immediate demand and therefore be understood by the manager carefully. It aims at understanding the potential and impact of various human resources in the system. Further understanding how they impact us and vice versa.

To incorporate this approach in our management style, One needs to take a look at the bigger picture. We try and incorporate variety in the organisation, we try and understand how a person behaves in a situation, what triggers this behaviour and how can it further affect the organisation. We enable difference in approaches of various individuals to drive change and bring in perspective to our organisation.
