Hypothesis: If the two species of Paramecium grow alone, then, they both will grow well individually and thrive. If the two species of Paramecium are grown together, then, P. aurelia will outgrow P. caudatum because they both will compete for the same resources and eventually, P. aurelia will force P. caudatum to extinction, when grown together.
