At any time and place of choice, we decided to really listen. We listen as per all the guidelines mentioned in the listening category. The quality of good listener are stop talking and pay attention, avoid distractions, be open minded, no judging, ask questions, observe body language, listen to tone of voice, restate and summarize, listen for facts and feelings. We follow all these qualities during the listening process. Our body language was as per the qualities mentioned i.e. good facial expression, postures and gestures. We do follow the good communications as well. The qualities of good communications are listening, purposeful and strategic, connect with communication partner. Thus all this skills helps as to listen properly.

When we listen any topic with all the qualities, it will have great impact on our mind. It will results in better understanding on the subject with full involvement and detail subject understanding. Once we understand in detail, it will make our understanding very high. Thus it may led us to have better image of the communicating person. yes this approach will impact on changing our relationship with the person, as he deep listening will help to have better relationship with the communicator.
