Protein in option C can be released from lipid bilayer by treating with high salt.This is because it is a peripheral protein and does not extend into the hydrophobic interior of the lipid bilayer at all. Instead it is bound to face of the membrane by non-covalent interactions with other membrane protein.High salt will not affect the lipid bilayer, but disrupt the protein-protein interaction releasing the peripheral protein.

Protein in option A cannot be released because it is embedded in the lipid bilayer. High salt does not affect lipid bilayer.

Protein in option B cannot be released because it bound to the plasma membrane by a GPI anchor and can be released by the use of an enzyme called phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C.

Option D is wrong because protein in option C can be released by high salt.
