Answer #1

Answer -B . Electrons determine the atoms size .

Electrons remain at the surface of an atom and an atom when come close to one other they started repelling because like charges repel and unlike charges attract .   Electrons are negatively charged and protons are positively charged . Two opposite charges attract each other . And anything which occupy space and has mass is known as matter so the statement 3 is also incorrect .
