Components involved in the activation of T cell are-

After the generation of cytotoxic T cell from thymus they recgnise specific antigen on presenting them on surface the antigenpresenting cell, by the Tcell receptors CD8 cytotoxic Tcell that binds to the antigen as it held in class 1 MHC complex on the surface of APC.
