1)Yes. The table above organize each organism by main characteristics of each type of cell. Nucleus, cell wall and photosynthesis, are examples of main characteristics which are helpful to organize organism.
2)I would add some categories to the table such as absence or presence of mitochondria, chloroplast, and morphological form.
