In male : testis, epididymis, vas diferens, seminal vesicle, prostate gland, bulbourethral gland etc

In female : Ovary, uterus, fallopian tube, genitalia etc.

Helps in production of and maturation of foetus
Digestive Oral cavity, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, rectum, anus, gall badder, pancreas etc Helps in digestion of food
Nervous Brain, spinal cord, nerves, sensory receptors Helps in perception of stimuli and response to it accordingly
Respiratory Lungs, trachea, nasal cavity, nostrils Helps in inhalation(O2 uptake) and exhalation (release of CO2)
Mascular Various types of skeletal and smooth muscles Moves the body, maintains posture, produces heat
