Why is there a new or renewed interest in the field of project management? What is a project, and what are its main attributes? How is a project different from what most people do in their day-to-day jobs? What is the triple constraint? What other factors affect a project?

In the current computer world,project management evolved from so many years. In starting stage project management mainly focused on schedules, data resources to management in military.By growing day by day, in these days the field expanded and mainatining greater responsibilities. I can say that thre are very less fields out there which utilize project management, ideas or software.

To define project is nothing but a temporary endeavor which undertaken to create special and genuine product or service. It's nothing but a task either it is small or large and use some man power to complete it. The time of completion depends up on man power, machine power. projects are completely different from regular activities. Project is some task which is temporary and is used to improve business.   

Triple constraint is nothing but combination of three main pieces of project that have set limitations. Those three pieces are scope,time and cost. Even they are limitations they are also considered as goals. Scope is basically the task which includes product and services. Time is nothing but length of time takes to complete. Cost is how muc the project costs
