2.Map the key element of scrum activities with process.

a) Determines roles ---

Answer : Product Owner, Development Team, and Scrum Master. Together these are known as the Scrum Team.

b) Create sprint backlog --  

Answer : Sprint backlog is created during the Sprint Planning which happens at the beginning of new sprint. In Sprint Planning, the Scrum Team identifies the User Stories to be completed for that particular Sprint and then with the help of Product Owner understands the User Stories and puts them in the Sprint backlog.

c) Complete task each day during sprints ---

Answer : - Once each day, the estimated work remaining in the sprint is calculated and graphed by the ScrumMaster, resulting in a sprint burndown chart like this one. The team does its best to pull the right amount of work into the Scrum sprint, but sometimes too much or too little work is pulled in during planning.

d) Create release backlog ---

Answer : The Product Owner is responsible

e) Decide how many sprint compose each release and the scope of software to deliver ---

Answer : It is a process of sprint planning .

f) Resolve issues and blockers ---

Answer : The Scrum Master's main responsibility is to identify, track and help remove impediments. Often, team members remove their own impediments. Sometimes, Impediments are beyond the ability of the Team to remove. In that case, the Scrum Master may have to get support from outside of the Team.

g) Create product backlog ---

Answer : The Product Owner is responsible for the Product Backlog,  

h) Produce a shippable product at the end of each sprint--

Answer : To achieve this feedback loop on a Sprint-by-Sprint basis, Scrum Teams deliver Potentially Shippable Product at each Sprint Review. The keys to creating working product at the end of each Sprint are: A cross-functional Team with all the skills necessary to complete the Sprint Backlog.

i) Plan work each day in the daily scrum ---

Answer :The Daily Scrum is held every day of the Sprint. During the Daily Scrum, the Development Team makes a plan for the next 24 hours. By having regular Daily Scrums', they optimize team collaboration and performance.

j) Demonstrate the completed product during scrum review meeting --

Answer ;  Product owner or development team member can demonstrate the functionality. Its not necessary one person has to demonstrate all the functionality, it can rotate to several team members.

k) Reflect on how to enhance the product during sprint  reflection meeting---

Answer : The sprint retrospective is usually the last thing done in a sprint. Many teams will do it immediately after the sprint review. The entire team, including both the ScrumMaster and the product owner should participate. You can schedule a scrum retrospective for up to an hour, which is usually quite sufficient.

l) Create and update Burndown Chart --

Answer :The ScrumMaster should update the release burndown chart at the end of each sprint .Progress on a Scrum project can be tracked by means of a release burndown chart.
