However, indeed the Congress should amend the law to make it more favorable to protect the American Textbook publishers especially when the concerns arise of selling the copyrighted materials of the American authors at a deep discounted rates to the US public itself as an act of reselling. This encourages piracy in the system as well that shall corrupt the economy in the long run. Hence the Congress should intervene and change the relevant laws.
