united states is initiating its data breach protection law related to EU's GDPR-

the regulation related to data breach includes following points-

• cleared & specific definition of data breach by providing notification which includes elements of security & protection from data breach.
• setting risk of harm thresold from breach of data which describes the harm or risk from data breach should be reported after the set thresold.
• encryption of storage & data in tranist would prevent the data under this law.
• provide notification of data breach to affected parties or individuals by the company in a set period of time like 30 days.
• maintaining a website which include information regarding past data breach experineced by the company which EU does not do that.

• maintain the privacy of the data of the business.
• adopt all safety meausres while sending & recieveing of the data & storage.
