Answer #1

Answer=

Proton flow causes rotation of Fo

ATP synthesis carried out by ATP synthase it is F0F1 complex.which catalyses ATP synthesis as proton s flow back through the inner mmb. down electrochemical proton gradient.

It contains 2 components F0 & F1 components

The binding change mechanism is widely accepted model of ATP synthesis

Atp synthesis is coupled with conformational change in ATP synthase generated by rotation of \gamma subunit.

Proton translocation occurs through the F0 powers the rotation of \gamma subunit of F1 ATPase

leading to a changes in the conformation of the nucleotide binding sites in F1\beta subunit

By means of binding change mechanism ,the F0F1 complex harneses the proton motive force.to power ATP synthesis

The proton required to drive the synthesis of one ATP molecule is FOUR
