2. Using Deal and Kennedy’s or Handy’s classification discuss the organizational culture prevalent in your department/organization and provide justifications for your answer.
3. Explain briefly what you understand by the term ‘business process’.
4. Identify key processes in your department/organization and evaluate the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of the organization
5. Justify the methodology used to map the processes to achieve the department/organization’s goals and objectives.
