Among these Novobiocin NB-30 will produces more MIC zone so it ranks First

Tetracyclin is less than NB 30 it ranks second

Trimethoprin SXT ranks 3rd

Penicilin P10 in 4th rank

here reference micro organism is Staphylococcus aureus.
