SOLUTION :


Ix = bh^3 / 12 = 15262.61 mm^4


Iy = hb^3 / 12 = 10961.98 mm^4 


So,


b^2 Ix = b^3 h^3 / 12 = b^2 * 15262.61 


Iy = b^3 h /12 = 10961.98 


So,


b^2 Ix / Iy = h^2 = b^2 * (15262.61 / 10961.(8) 

=> h = b sqrt (15262.61 / 10961.98) 

=> b =  h / 1.18 


So,


Ix = (h/1.18) * h^3 /12= 15262.61 

=> h = (15262.61 * 1.18 * 12 )^(1/4)

=> h = 21.56 mm (ANSWER).
