·       I should work more on my communication skills

·       I must acquire effective negotiation skills

·       I must develop my personal networking plan by enhancing my communication base

·       I should set my own goals according to my capability and should work to achieve that goal

·       I must work as a team to enhance my knowledge base

The aforesaid criteria are important to increase personal power.
