Number of frogs with green allele in the population of frogs at lake Johnson before migration = green allele frequency x total number of frogs = 0.24 x 350 = 84

Number of frogs with green allele in rescued frogs = green allele frequency x total number of frogs = 0.62 x 50 = 31

Therefore, after migration

Frequency of green skin allele = total number of frogs with green skin allele / total population after migration

= (84 + 31) / (350 + 50) = 115 / 400 = 0.2875
