Answer #1

When I am studying a college there is a likely chance that I am a dependent especially my guardians will look after meeting and therefore this is not a poverty and consider a case where I am alone and all by myself then what the situation is that good struggle hard to meet my needs during the course of my college and this is only temporary poverty because I am not eligible to work for a specified time and after the college education if I find a job I would come out of poverty. That is the reason why the existing welfare programs such as scholarship schemes could actually benefit me to stay and study hard without any hassle of poverty and living because the scholarship would cover all my expenses on the whole.
