Summary - The resource-based principle value sharing paradigm suggests that owners have a special gain argument. If that is the case, exposure to any of a company's other services may exist by set claim / complete contingent claims contracts, such therefore the services obtained by such contracts can not be assumed to be a source of economic gain for a business. It is not obvious where the income to be paid to shareholders come from in this setting. All this implies that resource-based theory will follow profit-generation and appropriation models which consider that several claimants are able to support a corporation, i.e. from a sort of stakeholder perspective. The elements of this stakeholder resource-based theory, along with the consequences for conventional resource-based theory and some established stakeholder theories, are identified. Unlike other financial strategy models, a resource-based approach relies primarily on commercial income creation and benefit theft. The premise that creditors are just the surviving claimants of a business is theoretically incompatible with the concept of profit-making of resource-driven economics, based on claims originating from transactions cost economy and imperfect contract theory. Through this point, resource-based philosophy will include a stakeholder viewpoint in its concept of income appropriation. This hypothesis has some theoretical and empirical implications for the model of income production, benefit extraction based on resource theory, management's and entrepreneurs ' position in resource analysis and ways to resolve competing interests among stakeholders;
