Conflicts arise when two people or a community or team don't agree on the same view and possess a different view. Conflicts are not always bad but sometimes it is healtyh not to agree on a thing and to discuss it in length to arrive at common solution.

Conflict is the sign of a healthy team and society but only constructive conflicts. It arises due to

1. Difference in thoughts
2. A different approach to taking a problem
3. Due to the diverse work culture
4. Due to the diversity of employee at the workplace

These can be tackled by mutual cooperation, meetings, agreeing to a common solution, talks, and dialogues, arbitration etc
