Let the tensions be TL and TR

TL + TR = 3.6*g = 3.6*9.8 ( force balance)

Torque balance

TL*L/2 = TR(L/4)

2TL = TR

From the two equtions we get

3TR/2 = 3.6*9.8 = 23.52N
