Answer #1

Answer: Physiological events such as electrical properties are missing in dead tissue as compared to living tissues. Measurement of electrical properties can be done by inserting an electric probe which can measure voltage across the plasma membrane of the cells and thus, tissue response can be determined in response to applied current which can't be determined in dead tissues.
