n the given situation, the decision of Fred to utilize the 3^rd vendor is quite apt in comparison to the first two choices.

This approach is a proactive one , as its economical & all the employees will be getting personal interaction with the coaches. Additionally, for a hardware outlet, as per the training need analysis, personnel should have an idea to demonstrate the goods to the consumer in a way thru which they can comprehend the nature & perception of the consumers . If Fred selects the 1^st option of a 3- day workshop, it costs $35000 for fifty employees, but here the workers wouldn’t get personal training from competent & experienced coaches. Hence, they wouldn’t be able to operate in a real environment. This option is not fruitful in developing the skills & capabilities of the employees to treat consumers in a better manner. Besides, 2^nd option of 1-day seminar is also not apt as, by attending seminar it wouldn’t be possible for all fifty-five employees to obtain practical & proactive approach .
