Discuss some applications of arithmetic circuits and the electronic systems that could not exist without memory circuits. Think of systems that you see every day, such as cars, TVs, kitchen appliances, computers, and cell phones, as a few examples.

There are variety of electronics system that uses memory elements in their application and are seen every where in our daily life . Many processes are based on counters , registers like microprocessor based applications where registers are used for storing opcode and operand during arithmetic and logical operation by ALU . Some of other examples are a vending machine . a  password checker in digital door lock , traffic light controller , computers ,and series lights used for decorations or advertisemets.
