A drop of water enters the oral cavity and is destined to become urine and released through the urethra. How does it get there? Ps- it is small enough to become filtrate.

Everything we intake through our oral cavity mixes with the blood. If it is in simplest form it mixes directly and if it is in complex form, then it is broken into simpler forms and then it mixes with the blood. Now, the function of the kidney is to purify the blood. When it purifies the blood, all the impurities come out in the form of urea alongwith some water.
